Mr. Kirkov is a senior executive with extensive management experience in the construction industry, as well as in a diverse range of industries and project types. He has 17 years of experience with operational & project risk management, system design, project management, contract administration, project development, project implementation, project startup, general management and operations globally. BACKGROUND
Mr. Stefanov joined CMG on his current position as Permitting/Procurement/Administration Director in 2006. His responsibilities include overseeing the procurement of all equipment, supplies, materials and maintenance services for CMG, coordinating permitting activities, assisting Project Managers in planning, budgeting and scheduling in the permitting elements of their projects.
For more than three years, immediately prior to joining CMG, Mr. Stefanov acted as Department Manager in Spring Factory Co. Krun village, Municipality of Kazanlak, where he was responsible for meeting production requirements, delivering quality products to customers in a timely fashion and cost-efficient manner.
Before that Mr. Stefanov held numerous managerial and technical positions including Research Associate for Science, Research, Technology, Engineering Kazanlak Innovative and Technological Centre, specialized in development and production of products for the military industry.
Prior to this, he has been working at the Higher Institute of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering “Lenin”, Sofia where he held several positions. Other responsibilities that Mr. Stefanov had throughout his career include: Development of plans for projects; Development of guidelines for trainings; Schedules preparation; Organization of electronic and print promotional materials for new research products and services.

BACKGROUND
Mr. Ivanov is a construction project director with over 20 years of experience in Bulgaria. Prior to his appointment as Project Director with "Construction Management Group", Mr. Ivanov held the following positions: Director of Project Management with "Geotechmin" LTD - Sofia, being responsible for directing all phases of project management and planning including client engagement, pre-construction, cost control, scheduling, quality control, staffing and profitability responsibility;
Civil Engineering Manager with "Geotechmin" LTD - Sofia, for 7 years, supervised the construction of two residential buildings in residential district "Mladost ²²", Sofia as well as the construction of the new terminal and tracks of the Sofia airport /LOT B2/. Within this period, he also took part in the repair of the Council of Ministers Building.
As a Construction Superintendent in Geotechmin's civil engineering department, Mr. Ivanov supervised the building process of Geotechmin's office, situated at 9, "Lulin planina" Str. Sofia, and residential building at 3, "Tsar Boris" Str. Sofia. He is a senior construction manager with experience in vacation, residential, office, hotels, as well as infrastructure projects over the whole territory of Bulgaria, and Romania.
Mr. Ivanov has an engineering degree from the University of Mining and Geology "St. Ivan Rilski", Sofia and is fluent in Bulgarian, Russian, and has basic skills in English.

BACKGROUND
Mr. Popov has over 20 years work experience in the mining industry with a solid background in open pit mine and processing management, cost control, personnel management project planning and feasibility studies.
In 2007, Igor Popov joined "Construction Management Group" (CMG), where he became Cost Engineer with basic responsibilities including interfacing with project management teams and external contractors on cost and schedule matters, forecasting project cost, variance reporting, project budgeting and Earned Value.
Prior to joining CMG, Mr. Popov held the following positions:
Marketing Director with "Geotechmin" LTD, Sofia, marketing, making offers, price formation, negotiations, Investor's control of the Company in the industrial and civil engineering within the programs of the World Bank, ISPA, SAPARD, PHARE.
As Expert Cost Estimating with "Geotechmin" LTD, Sofia, Mr. Popov has performed various responsibilities including reviewing, advising on and conducting cost, schedule and contract performance analysis, assisting with the development of cost controls, procedures, systems and forecasting techniques to evaluate the contract or program status, ensuring compliance with government and customer requirements.

BACKGROUND
Ms. Petrova advises the Directors of CMG in matters related to investor consulting and overall development management of real estate projects.
Prior to her engagement with CMG she was managing business expansion plans and private investments for startup of new companies, from the United States into Bulgaria and into Western Europe (with focus on France, Belgium). Earlier she was Sales Manager and Project Coordinator in the IT sector (working on projects in Bulgaria & the USA), and she has been working in close interaction with the area of project management for over seven years now.
Throughout her career she has been responsible for teams composed of 5 to 15 employees.
As General Manager of a real estate company, Ms. Petrova participated in real estate and land deals in Bulgaria over the past years.
At the dawn of her professional career she was Junior Project Manager, participating in financing proposals and coordination of NGO projects, funded by different EU programs.

At this position he is responsible for interpreting and estimating costs and quantities of materials needed; planning construction methods and procedures; supervising construction sites and directing site managers and subcontractors to make sure standards of building performance, quality, cost schedules and safety are maintained etc.

Mr. Pavlov joined "Construction Management Group" (CMG) in 2006 as Site Supervisor, and currently serves as a Construction Project Manager.
As a CMG Project Manager, Mr. Pavlov is responsible for managing, coordinating and supervising the construction process from the conceptual development stage through final construction on a timely and economical basis. He directs and monitors the progress of construction activities, oversees the delivery and use of materials, tools and equipment and the quality of construction, worker productivity and safety.
Prior to joining CMG, Oleg Pavlov was employed by "Geotechmin" LTD, Sofia, as their Project Superintendent assisted in the Construction of Infrastructure Project New Terminal Building - Sofia Airport, LOT B1.After 6 months with the firm, Mr. Pavlov was promoted to Project Manager, supervised construction sites and directed site managers and subcontractors to make sure standards of building performance, quality, cost schedules and safety were maintained.
Prior to his employment with "Geotechmin" LTD, Sofia, Oleg worked for "Cable Sat West" - Blagoevgrad, as a Site Superintendent in building underground cable long haul networks. He was a senior supervisory level employee responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, supervising the craft laborers with a trained eye for quality, ensuring work is completed in a safe and professional manner, insuring completion within time frame and budget.

BACKGROUND
Mr. Boshnakov joined "Construction Management Group" (CMG) in February 2008 as Site Supervisor on Silver Mountain Resort Project. Here his main responsibilities include: supporting the Project Manager by providing technical and administrative expertise including such things as cost, performance and inventory management, quality assurance, environmental management and daily sub-contractor management; initiating, implementing and monitoring improvements to production efficiency, safety and environmental performance; providing daily/weekly/monthly production/cost reports in a timely manner as measured by accuracy and compliance to reporting standards etc.
Prior to his assignment at CMG, Yordan Boshnakov spent seven years with "Astroy Global Commerce" EOOD (EUROMIX), where he has held positions ranging from site superintendent and manager of sales and advertising department to manager of mechanized installations for concrete floor leveling methods.
In 2003 he was promoted to Production Manager at the EuroMix dry building mixtures plant, ensured that goods and services were produced efficiently; that they were of the right quality, quantity, and cost; and that they were produced on time, to the satisfaction of the customer, at the right price.
As Manager of sales and advertising department, Mr. Boshnakov has managed the work of vendors, suppliers, outside agencies in the development and execution of marketing communications deliverables.

Mr. Panes joined CMG on the position of Junior Project Manager and is responsible for following closely our Bucharest initiatives. His responsibilities are full time monitoring on site, reporting to the Project Manager; following progress of construction works in accordance with the schedule, budget, contract and design specifications; daily / weekly / monthly reporting of the progress of construction; coordinating with architectural / engineering design team; coordinating and communicating with local authorities; managing weekly meetings; following quality and quantities control of construction; ensuring site safety practices.
Earlier Razvan worked in the auto industry as associate in a car repair firm and also as project coordinator in the construction industry. On the latter position he was responsible for coordinating the works on two blocks of flats so as to fulfill the requirements of the investor - Bouyges Romania.

Prior to join CMG, Mrs. Bachvarova was employed in "Atis 2001" OOD - Varna as "Specialist of production-technical department", where she was responsible for a variety of activities: ranging from preparation and development of bills of quantity based on the assigned projects to their final realization. Other responsibilities include: cost calculation of construction works; planning and analysis of actual completed work activities; development of offers; communication with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely and quality completion of their commitments towards the Main contractor; drawing up time and financial schedules. She is familiar with the construction documentation and preparation of payment certificates and records throughout the period of construction. Mrs. Bachvarova participates in the process of working out and initiating ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System and since 2008 she became "Quality and internal control manager" in "Atis 2001".

BACKGROUND
Elena Spaseva joined "Construction Management Group" (CMG) in 2007 as an office manager, where she is responsible for managing the day to day running of the office, being in charge of document control, drafting and typing correspondences, taking minutes of meetings, distributing information throughout the office, etc.
Prior to join CMG, Elena worked in the hospitality and tourism area for about 5 years.
Throughout this time period she was occupying different positions, concentrated especially in various hotel organizations (Kempinski Hotel Zografski Sofia, hotel "Strazhite" – Bansko, Bulgaria, hotel "Mura" – Bansko, Bulgaria etc.). Her responsibilities attached to those positions were: analyzing financial information and statistics; setting business targets and marketing strategies; managing staff; organizing building maintenance; making sure security is effective; dealing with customer complaints and comments; making sure the hotel follow regulations such as licensing laws.
The experience that she had gained while working as hotel receptionist and hotel manager, contributes to the development of her managerial and teamwork skills, discipline, growing sense of self control and work organization.
