The Development Department of CMG provides development management and investor consulting of real estate projects on behalf of the investors. It can well match the needs of international investors and of local developers whose business is growing fast and who need external input on their development management activities. Thus the Development Department consults as to the type of project to develop or acquire on the local market (depending on targeted risk level & IRR), then locates the property/plot, and can also provide ongoing development management throughout the project.
